Compliance & quality
Goods that clear customs, documentation your bank and broker can rely on, and quality your customers won't return. That's the standard we ship to — every order.
US-market framework
Rules we build for, not around
Depending on the product, these are the US frameworks we verify and document per order.
CPSC & CPSIA
For products intended for children 12 and under: lead, phthalates and mechanical safety verified, with Children's Product Certificates issued where required.
ASTM & product standards
Where applicable standards exist — exercise equipment, camping textiles, seating and more — products are built and tested to recognized performance expectations.
Prop 65
Materials and components reviewed against California Proposition 65 requirements; compliant warnings applied before shipment where applicable.
FDA food-contact
Drinkware and food-adjacent items use food-grade materials with migration testing against applicable FDA food-contact expectations.

A practical map of the compliance areas our products touch. Exact requirements are confirmed per SKU and destination.

Documentation & customs
Paperwork that works
Customs clearance and banking due diligence both come down to the same thing: paperwork that is complete, consistent and verifiable. We prepare it that way.
Quality control
Inspect before ship
Quality is a process, not a promise. Here's what happens on every production order.
Factory audit
Capability, capacity and compliance documentation reviewed before we commit production.
Inline checks
Key quality gates monitored during production — materials, dimensions, printing, assembly.
Pre-shipment inspection
AQL 2.5 sampling on finished goods: critical, major and minor defects recorded and corrected.
Third-party QC
Independent inspection by SGS, BV, Intertek or TÜV available on request at cost.
Supply-chain integrity
We work only with factories that can evidence ethical labor practices, safe working conditions and responsible materials sourcing — no forced or child labor, ever.
Trade terms
Flexible Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP — by sea or air, with export paperwork handled end to end from our Hong Kong base.
Banking-friendly
Standard, documentable trade flows — quotations, proforma invoices and shipping documents align with bank transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C) practices.
Honest by default
If a standard doesn't apply, we say so. If a test takes longer, we tell you early. Straight answers keep your programs on schedule.
